This is a relatively small cycle and accessories shop, but the buying experience is great! The owner and staff are very helpful and courteous, and are pretty knowledgeable in their field too. Even if they don't have something available, they arrange for it or provide helpful suggestions. Another important aspect is that they provide service support, something many shops do not have. The technician knows what he is doing too. Would definitely recommend.

Rude..very rude.. I visited today to the store.. mechanic (with big shave) behaved very rudely, i have asked for a ride so he said "30,000 ka cycle hai aise ride ko ni milta". His expectation was to buy a cycle without try , i visited shop with high hope along with my chequebook. Thanks for showing me real face.

Purchase experience is what makes a good product great! At Pedal Drive this exactly what you get. A great Purchase Experience. Hence you get an almost customised product. We were looking for a bicycle for my son for his birthday. We had bought him a bicycle before and because we had pretty much blindly bought it, the cycle ended up rusting for the most part as my son couldn’t ride it at all. When we came to Pedal Drive, we gave our specifications, which were simple, my son should be able to ride it. Rohit and Neelima were consulted and before we reached they had shortlist some cycles themselves making our job of choosing the right cycle very very easy. Their advice on which one to buy was also very accurate. Neelima said “But The Huffy Thunder Pro.” And we didn’t look at any other bicycle and got the Huffy home. My son is thoroughly enjoying his new set of wheels. We hope that he can drop the training wheels soon. All in all a great purchase experience that led us to buying the correct product.
