Knowledgeable staff. I was searching for a good vet for my Rony quite sometime and heard about these guys. It's really hygienic,well versed with pets. The one thing I liked most is even if it is crowded you will be attended patiently.

Dr. Hatekar is best surgeon for cats and dogs, i visited for rear leg fracture of my 5 months old cat and it was a perfect surgery, he is recovering now. The staff is also very cooperative. The charges are little costly.

My experience at Pet aid has been lovely. I usually go there for my cats and its mostly for spaying surgeries and basic injuries. The doctors and professionals on board do a great job treating your pets. Everyone at the clinic is responsive and reliable. One can rest assured that their pet is going to be taken care of with full responsibility and love by the doctors and other staff. I've never had a complaint.

My snowy had developed a lump on her leg and it turned out it was a tumour. She was treated with great care and I was extremely happy with the treatment they gave her. The doctors and the staff all are very humble and kind. I'm extremely grateful to then as snowy is now absolutely fine and healthy. The clinic is very clean and very Well maintained. I would recommend them to every pet owner.

I called up the clinic at 1900h. It was an emergency. The lady informed me that the timings were till 1800. I told her that it was an emergency. She expressed her inability to help, and told me to come the next day at 1100 h. I asked if she knew any other doctor who could attend to my dog and she again expressed her inability to do so. The doctors might be very knowledgeable, but do not work beyond their comfort timings, in my case I found them to be more inhuman. Had they even told me a solution or referred me to another doctor, I would've been eternally indebted to them.
