The cook changes very often, have to tell every cook what is kept where, teach them about quantity of salt, chilly, spices and many other things. Some of them don't even have basic etiquettes to talk. No fixed schedule for them to come, they'll come as they want when they want. From 5pm to 10:30pm. Few chews tobacco and guthka during cooking. Few will tell you what to eat, rather than you telling them what you want. They have a few good cooking hands which they use to get the customers, then they replace them with bad cook. The problem is with management, often they don't pick up the call and when they do they simply take the complain and do nothing about it.

Very Bad services, Every day they send a new cook and God knows if the background check is done or not. I have complained several times than also they don't change their cooking style saying that this is how they cook and they will not change. They are barely trained and don't know how to talk to people. They were asking my parents "When you all will leave" and "Please don 't interrupt while I am cooking" etc etc. I think first you should give training of basic things then send them anywhere. Finally They work in a very messy style and after saying that please cook in a hygienic manner they still don't budge and keep on doing it again and again. The supervisors are just kept to collect money and they take zero ownership of anything.

Very bad service. Cook changes every day and everytime need to call them to ask them for sending a cook at home. They not deserving 1 star also but no option. Pay us not to eat and try to adjust is their moto. Think before ask for service.
