PH diagnostic Centre is a good help to us for clinical testing. All tests can be conducted here with due care, now especially with Corona in consideration. Always there is que but your number will come within 15 minutes. Fees are also reasonable. Big advantage there is that there is parking space available including four wheeler parking which is rear in Pune.

PH Diagnostic centre is a network of pathology labs around the city of Pune. It is well maintained neat and clean. Staffs are cooperative and helpful. Recommended for all types of tests.

It's really pathetic ..I been there for my wife's MRI ..these people are not taking any care of Covid positive cases . I was paying on reception and a person next to me said " can you arrange for a wheel chair because I am Covid positive... He was not wearing mask also. And staff didn't give any special attention... That's too scary .. they should have seperate care of Covid... I am not going to go there now for sure.

Pathetic attitude of the technicians. I, being claustrophobic, was scared to do MRI and instead of calming me the technician humiliated me and spoke rudely about phobia as if I had the intention to waste her time. It is sad that someone working in the field of medicine does not understand the state of patient's mind. I finally did not do MRI there and was out of the centre sobbing and crying heavily because of the humiliation done by technician. The least they can do is speak calmly and reassure patients that they are in safe hands. I waited for 1.5hrs for my turn even after having an appointment and it was inhuman on part of technician that 10 mins of trial was waste of time for her. Also, the MRI bed didn't seem to be sanitized as it should be in timea of covid. P.S.: I was successfully able to do MRI the same day at another centre who had really friendly staff and they understood my phobia and helped me fight it back.

This is diagnostic centre for preventive health check up. Staff is good. Location is good.

Though the facility is good. The center is an excellent example of mismanagement. The staff is not able to manage the crowd if the management could seriously set a system that would be great.

Very bad receptionist, if u call this center the call will be directed to unavailable extension number. Despite of telling the emergency the behaviour was very casual. I don’t recommend this center.
