Charging in the range of 27k for a live in nanny, the lady-Namrata expects no more than 10 hours work time along with no light or top up work to be given to her staff bearing in mind they would be given food and accommodation along with the big pay. She thinks baby of 2 yrs around who are active and playful in their natural form are hyper instead. And then she further adds how she wants to bring a change in service industry by catering in such a way that both the sides are in a win-win position. Well if only she knew what it means to meet the expectations of the customer to begin with.

Hi, me and my husband were tested Corona ve on 9th Sept 20. My son and my Mother-in-Law ( Age 84) were tested -ve. My MIL is suffering from Alzheimer and need some one to look after her. It was a tough time for is because me and my husband were to be home quarantined for 15 days and my son was busy in attending his MBA college, online. We required some one to look after my MIL and us too. We called many nursing buros. Among many we were impressed about PHENIX HEALTH &SERVICES. The reason behind is Ms.Namrata explained that they have trained nursing staff, and is trained to handle Alzheimer patients also. This was something different which I had not came across while speaking with other nursing beuros. Also I found Ms Namrata very professional well learnt and confident. So we selected Phenix. Ms.Diksha was the nurse sent by them to our home for one month, and specially to take care of my MIL. Diksha, a very silent, dependable, careing, and smiling girl started taking care of my MIL and served Hotel food to we two Corona patients too. She helped whole family in our tough times very nicely, stayed with is for one month and she while leaving left our eyes wet. We are very much thankful to PHENIX HEALTH & SERVICES for taking up such a holy job of serving the needy patients and they do it nicely. Our Best wishes to all the staff of PHENIX HEALTH & SERVICES for their future endeavors.

Absolutely Amazing Health Care Centre!! My MIL is 85 and had acute joint pains I called PHENIX and spoke to Mrs Namrata Awachat about my requirement for at home services she was so courteous and helpful and quick ....Later on gathered she is the MD OF PHEINIXCARE truly impressedfor being so passionate in her field The next day Ms Roopali accompanied by their field staff came to our house for Assurance and interaction and formalities to begin the services at home. Ms Roopali is a very soft spoken / educated trained girl.......full marks for her work and her nature.....Thank you very much n Wish you a bright Future Roopali. Thank you MRS NAMRATA AWACHAT for everything May God Bless You and Your Entire Team to continue this GOOD WORK FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE SOCIETY.
