The manager is a horrible person. I had a word with Mr. Venkatesh who repeatedly ignored my landlord's calls since the time he registered a service request. Later, when I called him for fixing the stove he said "no one is available in Pune" and hung up my call while I was speaking. The complaints raised have been repeatedly ignored since the past 2-3 days. All the reviews on Google are fake and made on request from their relatives and known circle.
