Long history of good after sales service. They don’t bargain on price which is assurance to the customer of appropriate pricing in this competitive market. Good store for furniture. But only Star brand for metal cupboard. Other furniture also good quality but little pricey. Otherwise quality wise also good. Service also good.

Worst product quality... and after sales service by this brand...."Pipada Furniture" Made a biggest mistake by going for brand name but its worthless and got cheated. Bought one executive chair from Pipada Furniture , Cost was Rs 7,200, with tax With in 1 month chair had many issues like 1st stability problem , instead of back and fro chair is moving side ways which is a very bad and major issue and 2nd. Plastic nob which is used to tighten and loosen the tension on spring directly came out and i cant use it to make any adjustments. When contacted their customer care they giving false promises of person will come to check the chair but no one was interested in coming for service even after 2 weeks then I had to continuously call them and remind them for about 2 more weeks then they send a person who 1st says "that plastic nob is just for show , you will have to use spanner to tight and lose it" truly unprofessional , then after lots of argument he said me to hand over chair to them. As i saw they were totally unprofessional related to responding to complaint and about sending someone to repair i was sure that they will damage the chair more in transportation and handling.. So decided to use chair as it is without getting into more loses. I would like to make people aware of this fraud company and not let anyone get cheated as they have cheated with me........... Few years ago, we bought a wooden bed from pipada stores. We ordered one made of mdf ply, but they delivered one made of particle wood. We realized this later. They arent trust worthy. Be careful with specifications on receipts.
