Ordered a plant which took 6 days from dispatch to delivery. It was dried to a crisp. All the leaves fell on the same day. They say they will refund the money if the plant is received dead. I complained on the same day. Also sent two follow-ups. It has been five days now and there has been no acknowledgment or reply from their side. Update: I dialled their customer care number. The customer care agent was polite and understanding. A replacement plant is being sent on priority. Will update upon receiving the replacement. Update 2: Received a VERY healthy plant in the second go. Delivery was relatively faster too. Changing the review to 4 stars (one reduced from perfect - due to the additional hassle of registering a complaint and the feeling of distress on the failed first try)

Although my initial experience with plantsguru was a bad one the folks here were supportive on helping me with replacement of a plant that I received from them that wasn’t as healthy. On finally getting my replacement plant I was very delighted because of the fact that the replacement plant was a very healthy one. (Attaching pictures here) One thing that they can improve is the fact of their customer care being more aware of the updates because generally they tell a story and the facts are very different on calling them the next day. All in all a pleasant experience.

The begonia plant which I got was beautiful and in excellent condition...there was a lot of foliage and the pot was also of very good quality...this was my best purchase of plants online...very happy with plantsguru and have placed order for three more plants
