Prathvi sales and services are theive ,they take money and give warranty after that they don't help on it .Also they don't return back the product on time.since akshay and Vikas are very bad engineer ,they don't know even a single work in repairing.always they take your products to their shop and do repair that means they don't know even single work.Also venkatesh the owner of the shop is main culprit.,who makes people fool and says that he will repair and then return the product but he lies.Be-aware with this shop and services.rest upon you.After replacing magnetron they have damaged the micro oven touch screen while taking my micro oven to their shop for replacing magnetron during that time.Venkatesh called me for 1 week earlier for good rating but what he has done and didnt accepted it nor ready to repair.Rude talking with customer once they start working on your products.Guys be aware from this kind of shop.They should be punished and license should be ceased by government.

I have taken the service to repair my AC low cooling. These guys are fraud..the technician came and told us that the compressor of the AC need to be replaced and that will cost 10k. We later got the work done by other agency by just topping the gas in 1.5 k only. Do not take there service.
