these guys just find ways to increase the bill if one part is working and other is not they will make you believe both parts are not working and needs replacement. like the puncher wala around the cornor who break the funnnel of tube if you jist go for one puncher and the you need to replace whole set.

Worst Experience on the AMC part. In spite of having signed up for a one year AMC in March 2018, there has been no maintenance calls attended, though there is a Sticker on the equipment stating the months when the servicing needs to be done. On inquiring as to why there has been no servicing it was mentioned that there NO job card for any AMC and that for any free servicing (quarterly), it is the duty of the customer to call the helpline and inform them of the scheduled servicing. When we sign an AMC, we are under the impression that regular servicing is done quarterly and that the service provider will keep a tab on the same. Here it seems, the customer needs to call up and mention that servicing (part of AMC) is due and to have the same attended. Due to non servicing done at the mentioned intervals, my equipment is now having a damage to the pump and as per the technician the pump is not covered under AMC and I need to shell out a few more thousands to have this rectified. I would have preferred to give zero rating, but the minimum was one rating and hence forced to give the same.

Not worth of giving star, very negative minded service engineers, they are arrogant and not professional, worst experience ever with respect to Kent RO water purifier, if u r in need of servicing kent RO part make sure u never get any service from these people.

Not worth of even half star. I am using (rather m being forced to use as spent almost 20k) kent water Purifier since last 2-3 years. If you are wise, don't buy kent products. And still if you buy, you will be robbed by Kent just like that. They have worst worst worst service. People are arrogant and not co-operative. They will deliberately try to make you replace the part. If they touch the machine, even doing nothing they will charge you. Kent products and spare parts are not reliable. 'll fail in short duration. And then you have nowhere to go but to worst service centers like this. Kent service persons are trained to be arrogant. So, my advice would never never never never never never never never never go for worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst kent. So kent is unique blend of worse product and worst service. Very bad experience of kent.
