Great team of physiotherapists, attention to details and a systemic approach to rehabilitation makes Prehab 121 one of the best in town for your recovery. Having major issues with my upper and lower body (post surgery), in just over a month I can strongly feel that I am on the right way to recovery with Prehab 121. The doctors Dr Shua and Dr Luqman draft out a customized recovery plan that was very much needed in my case. Highly recommended

Everyone at the clinic is incredibly welcoming and helpful, making every visit a great overall experience. I have been working with Dr Shua for over a few weeks and he has helped to fix my hamstring strain. She was able to identify the root of the problem and clearly articulate a treatment plan that was easy-to-follow and effective. There was a large emphasis on manual therapy and functional movement to alleviate pain and fix the core issues, and i was able to maintain my 5-day a week fitness schedule, while keeping myself injury-free. Highly recommend the Prehab 121 clinic and Dr Shua.
