Love this place. It's so convenient to have 24 hr access for both drop off and pick up, especially being able to drop off at the last minute. Only thing that I wish they could change is the outside doorbell. When you arrive, you hit a doorbell that every dog can hear causing them to bark at all hours of the night. Makes me think the dogs don't get any sleep since they just wake each other up nonstop. Other than that, I hear this is a woman owned business which is also a great thing to support! The inside is also very clean, they even washed our dogs blanket for us last week. Best option for boarding in the area that's for sure.

After a terrible experience at another doggy daycare center I was very hesitant on taking my puppy to another one, but after hearing such amazing things about this place from others we decided to give it a shot. This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful, they completely changed our attitude towards doggy daycares. They have multiple play areas for dogs of different sizes and the dogs have free access to both an outdoor and indoor play area. I would say for majority of the time there is a staff member at the dog area where they're very quick to pick up any poop or pee. In comparison to the other daycare this place really feels like they care about the dogs they take care of.
This is an absolutely awesome day and overnight boarding place for our pup!!! We have several family members who have trusted and loved the care Premium Pets has provided for their loved pets and so we were thrilled to have our pup make new friends and play /stay there when we cannot be with him. All staff are so good with dogs and the facility is truly dog heaven in quality and upkeep! Thank you so much!!
Really great place to take our dog to were him out! He has fun and is always happy to go! Sometimes, plan for you dog to come home dirty from play. They do offer baths that last a long time. We only take our dog 2 or 3 times a week.
Premium Pet Dog Hostel treats our girls like their own. They are so excited to be dropped off with them and have always come back with wagging tails. Would recommend this location to any one wanting the care and attention of home for their pups when away.
I take my dog to day care here, board him, and get washes. It's run by an incredible and very friendly staff that seem to love to hang out with dogs and are very caring and attentive to each one. My lab basically runs through the door when I bring him so he can get to chasing toys ASAP.
We had a need to drop off one of our pets at 11:00 PM last week. It's great that they are open 24/7. The woman who check Sadie in was very kind and caring. We would definitely use again.
Cannot be more thankful for Premium Pets! Our pup Nikki has had 2 day care sessions after recently adopting her and she has woken up the morning after a much happier pup! They take care of her so well and answer our nervous first time dog owner check in emails with speed and detail. Friendly drop off and pick up as well as very safe with Covid 19 precautions. Thank you Premium Pets for all you do for us humans and doggos!
