Today I have visited primus Those who are looking for low cost go here I had book through 1mg. Why not - you will get unpleasant odour of urine. - USG scan opd is not well maintain. - I dont like infrastructure, it not at all look like hospital. Why - For cost - You are comfortable with such environment - Near yarwada - I like doctor behavior

I had visited this place on 19/3/2021 for CT scan of chest for my father. The place is very congested & limited space for waiting area. The patient needs to wait in ambulance if stretcher or wheelchair is required. They have only one wheelchair & stretcher available. Only one ambulance can be parked in the premises & others have to wait on road where parking space is unavailable. The staff needs some more professional training to handle patients & their relatives. I would recommend to visit other place rather than Primus Diagnostic.

Had to visit this place for HRCT Scan. Not much satisfied with the service(Not bad). Also the rates for HRCT was double than other diagnostic center(with better customer service), not sure about other scan and diagnostic services. Please compare the rates before availing any service here.

Worst experience with primus My mother was admitted in Vinod memorial hospital in vishrant wadi , we have to do one test , so they have internal tie up with the hospital , so the primus sent one ambulance , and the condition was worst 1. no light's in ambulance 2. Fan was there but not working 3. In ambulance no pillow for support to patient neck 4. Contains 2 tyers inside ambulance 5. Fully smelling 6. Contains tyre rubber tubes. , buckets Really a pathetic for such kind of service They are just making money with worst services I really spit on them for such service , as patient is very sick in condition , she cant even walk properly and they do provide such facility .
