Flats are spacious, however I found the rates on higher side considering the amenities provided. Location is good.

Good society with good safety and clean place. Good for family and older people to live there. Rents is bit pricey like 28k for 2bhk.

I have visited the place, i like the builder concept but i don't like construction quality. Duplex concept was nice but stairs r having lot of drawbacks It was making sound while my first visit. Connectivity is good for Magarpatta but they are having Suzlon as there Amenity :) which I don't understand in their costsheet.
