Very unprofessional attitude. Mr.Panse's behaviour was very rude. Management is not capable to understand the need of organisation.
Had a very bad experience with the company.They provided a TV set without a stand, screw, user manual & a faulty piece.(that too after giving a full advance) Also a worst service. They should understand & learn customer value & importance,which they don't have at all.
