You can avail new online PUC service for both two wheeler and four wheeler vehicles. Only caution is, please check charges printed on PUC and then pay. The new system, I believe, automatically checks vehicle condition and decides the tenure of PUC but the vendor amuses you by saying that he has adjusted it and may ask for extra money.

For people in Ravet area, this place is useful in renewing the PUC of their vehicles both petrol and diesel vehicles.
Fast and speedy service. Only negative part is that the official fees is Rs.110 for diesel cars but the vendor took Rs.150 from me saying that the RTO rates have not been finalised.
Staff is good but they overcharge, instead of 110 they charge 150 and no receipt!
