It's not at visible and people who collect toll will wait for us to go to them and pay. They will not whistle until you cross the signal , after that they fine heavy amount for voilation This is redicolous if you're collecting toll then make sure you at least have a gate or something People who are new to city will never know this

Why should we pay toll? We are paying all taxes of government & Army is governed by government. Even if they want to collect the toll should not be charged for Pune passing MH12.. Cars & max amount should be 10 & that army should collect. Please don't keep any contractors.
