railway PRS at pune junction is spread in sufficient space and hardly any rush is seen for reserve tickets...you are almost done in 3-5 minutes. but yes, the tatkal scheme still keeps people waiting in queue.. yet it helps people I. planning their journey... also the staff team are awesome supportive..
