Worst Recruiter ever. They have changed their name to "Pune Tech" now before it was "Exelon Technologies". Never trust. I don't want to give even a 1 star. Fraud one. HR Minakshi shame on you.she will tell you before payment we have many jobs as per your requirement. Now 3rd month is going i don't get any job as per my requirement. Before payment they will reply you quickly and call you until you pay but after payment forge that u will get message from them. You should have to message them to ask "What happen about my job" then they will quickly send you call letter any company just for formality. scheduling interviews just for formality. They don't have care about their members. I want my refund from them n am asking about it,but just seen my message not replying. Don't trust on other reviews until you confirm from that reviewers. Plz guys don't go back without taking your money back. Guys Careful.

Good experience, as the service provided by them was good.we need to keep patience to get the job as call letters were provided by every 3 to 4 days .But yes guaranteed placement they give. Companies provided was also good. It took 5 call letters for me to get placed. Best firm.
I recommend Exelon because i got 3 interview opportunity in 2 months and in 2 jobs i was selected and in one i joine,,about interview call, job is up to our own caliber and demand, they just provide interview call. 2 i had miss match on salary expectation but 3rd was good where i joined. Some time salary expectation may go here there but sure about genune interview you will get.
Exelon Technologies is best Recruitment Company in pune. I was selected in good small scale company within one week of registration. I was receiving mails every week. Job mails were relevant and from good companies. They charge fees which are very very less comparatively to other consultancies. In today's world we don't get much such less amount .so the type of service they are providing is good.

My wife joined this consultancy 10months back (in Dec-2019) with Rs.1200. Initially they provide only 1call but that is of no use then after they didn't entertain us. 1) No timely reply to our calls. 2) Only excuses to our questions. 3) Irrelevant jobs shared with us. As of my wife experience there is no jobs here related to electrical Core field & specially for female candidates. Don't waste your time & money.
