This is the point where you get your bus of partner travel companies, you get buses for allover maharashtra so it is the very helping point for traveller's but the issue with this place is that there is no proper arrangement for passengers like there is waiting room is not available and next problem is about there is unavailability of hygiene food store, canteen etc. The washroom is also not available in this parking area. And there is need to improve the cleanliness in parking area. This parking area is getting full of water when rains so the changes are expected..!

Facilities inside the bus are Ok ️ ️ ️ Charging point was in working condition Reading lamp was not working Bed sheet was not clean AC quality was Ok Pectuality schedule Timing Big disappointment with timing bus was 3.5 hours late and they were wasting time in entire travel. Driver and staff were decent and well behaved Need good higher management to keep close track on timing of bus to reach destination. No clean toilets at midway stops. BIG SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT FROM MANAGEMENT side

Worst of bus service I have experienced. Writing this when I am actually inside the bus. The bus has such a pathetic suspension, you would always be in the air - bouncing or vibrating above your bed. When asked to the driver, he attributed it to the bad roads, as if I have never traveled by this route of Akola Mumbai by an air-suspension.

The bus stop in the midnight at 12 and we are waiting from last 3 hours, manager is not lifting the phone very pathetic.

Ye 1 start deneke bhi layak nahi hai . Very bad service.. Bus is break down after just left the pune they don't arrange any another. .We are not reach destination at time it's about 8 hr let.. Very bad experience ever.. First time in life journey.. Pleas don't go with this.... Rana trvals sageetm mh30AA5150

It can be easily spotted , it is in the middle of sangamvadi parking 2 and 3 under a peeple tree with a big blue and white board, there is also a small shop beside it

PATHETIC. We are stuck in the middle of the highway at midnight. The bus has broken down. It is 3 am midnight. The so called managers / owners are not receiving our calls. Please do not take this travels.
