Very casual approach towards online delivery. I had ordered 4 items from Radhika and they delivered 3. When I called them to check why this happened, I was told that it was left behind by mistake and I can get the same in future if I ever order the same. Well @Radhika-Flavours of East, if I order a food item then it mean I want to eat that item now and not in future. The casual approach of doing business in Pune is nothing new. Feeling sorry for these people. Its not a matter of 70-80 rupees. Its a matter of cheating because on top of that amount you pay service charge, packing charge and of course Swiggy.

Authentic bengali and Oriya food. All dishes, we had, were fantastic, except ghee rice, which was slightly undercooked. Also, sweets are less sugary and gurer rasmalai was awesome. Overall, very satisfying.

Place is decent with average ambience. Prices are low with good quality & authentic bangla food. Service is very slow.

I had ordered Chicken Biryani And Chicken Chaap 1 plate on 11.09.2020 for LUNCH. This is the worst Biriyani and Chaap i have ever had. The chicken was not all fresh and they have fooled me by giving me foul dish...

The food taste is amazing but you have to wait there as they focus on delivery more than the person sitting in the restaurant.

Food was so spicy that we could not understand if it was for real that people can send such food from a restaurant. To top it all, call made to restaurant didn't receive any empathy. For me, not a great experience.
