Very good service. Bus was new and well maintained.

Worst experience so far in last 15 years! The bus was under repair, took all the passengers and parked in the garage for whole night. It was just 20 km from Pune. Night bus started when his bus from other bus reached pune. Worst response on enquiry and silly excuses.

The service of this travels is very bad.The travel booking office is cheated me while booking the ticket.He gaves me ticket by saying Ac sleeper and the ankush travel is not a ac sleeper.Then this ankush travel guy had wake me up and changed my seat suddenly at mid night.on the service point of view I rate this travels "0".
