very bad services and support. wish to put no stars....On having positive report I requested to reschedule the ticket but still they are insisting to travel instead of rescheduling it. Very disappointing.....

PATHETIC SERVICE AND POOR RESPONSE !! I had a bus cancellation on 27th December and it was promised by red bus that the refund will be processed in 5-6 working days. It’s 10th January , I am still running around to close this. Very poor and pathetic service and responses received. Wake up Redbus and train your agents for customer satisfaction !

Time of bus was wrongly mentioned and this was accepted by red bus and promissed to refund all the ticket amount . Still waiting for refund. Every time i connect to call center iam getting some excuses.

Traveling Pune to Ajara on 1st Nov 2019. Very very poor service. Departed from swargate at 12.15am , still we have just crossed Katraj ghat on 2.15 am. Not provided yet any alternate vehicle or solution Disgusting service provider. No value of customers time for red bus.

very bad customer care service i have tried many times but not connecting the call, in same time i have called to mobile number it is connecting but when i was trying to call red bus customer care it is not connecting.
