Has quite a lot of offices inside the building, mostly for overseas education and jobs. The worst part, the building is very dirty and not at all maintained. Located in a very busy place so that is a good thing but the dirt inside just makes one feel gross

Nice view Connaught Place signal traffic controllers are awesome ready to help happily to cross the rode for those who frightened to cross ..most of needed services and offices centres are here placed under in one big shelter..

It's a nice all amenities working place that you can take it on rent, short term and long term both, the staff is very good and helpful. The offices are clean and of international standards. They have parking space reserved for Regus, they have a lift which takes you to directly to Regus premises

Nice place for official meetings. Staff is responsive and cooperative. Its in the center of Pune but not much food options nearby

Visited seminar. Good place for 10-15 delegates. Parking is very very expensive 30 Rupees per hour. We were there from 10 am to 4pm.
