I bought a Zero Depreciation policy from Reliance General Insurance and unfortunately met with an accident and have to claim the insurance and the claim amount is 35275/- The damage is Front Bumper, left side of the car, and right side rear door. Firstly they approved only the Bumper price after a number of calls and requests the representative asked for parking photos, I provided photos and again they denied approving the whole amount saying multiple damages are there so we cannot fully cover! Only one of the parts can be covered and the technical team has denied approval or update the approval. This is a very frustrating experience with Reliance General Insurance My car is in a garage since 09-02-2021 and still claim approval is pending because of multiple damages! I'll never recommend Reliance General Insurance for any kind of policy as they have pathetic service and customer satisfaction.

Taken travel insurance for colleague while booking through make my trip. I claimed for settelment as missed flight, and taken several follow-up. Everytime new people handle and they keep promising on soon it will settle.

I bought their travel insurance through policy bazaar cause they were cheap, and during lockdown and cancelation of international flights i got stuck abroad. They denied my claim and i filed a case in consumer court. They gave bunch of T&Cs that doesn't cover our Hon PM modi lockdown. These T&C was never mentioned in my policy but they say it was mentioned on their website wordings. I felt like i was dealing with bunch of lawyers. I will share my personal experience on every social media platform so consumers are aware and can make a better decision in selecting a company that will stand by them in times of need. I suffered financially and emotionally stuck abroad in 4 months lockdown and hope anyone doesnt go through the same. Regards and thanks to Mukesh Ambani.
