cUSTOMER CARE NOT EXISTING IN REAL. CAREFULLY DESIGNED THE SYSTEM SO AS, THE CUSTOMER DO NOT REACH THE CARE CENTRE THROUGH CALL. WAITING FOR A NEXT GOOD PROVIDER. WILL SHIFT FOR THIS REASON.

Sales personnel are very unprofessional and they will take installation amount from you with promise that they will do installation in 2-3 days. If any kind of delay happen no one from Jio team will call you even after date passed multiple times. For me it took 20 days for installation. And there was not a single call from Jio team to apologise or inform about it. If you try to reach sales person who took booking, they will make reasons like 1. They are transferred to other place. 2. They will not pick your call. 3. If you try to reach other sales person, they mention that contact sales person who took booking. Important: At the moment there is no process to get refund of your deposit amount and not even sales person will not tell you.
