Guys be careful, Firstly they have shifted from Pimple Gaurav location since last 1.5yrs and sadly not updated new location on Google. I went there on 1st oct 20 and came to know from the neighbour shop they have shifted. It shows same old location. The service authorised person of the center didn't care to receive the phone even calling several times. On reaching on there they said it will get fixed in 7 days, today is 24 October 24 days have passed they never care to update nor things are yet fixed the concern person says that part is in transit not yet come, Extremely poor service and non responsive authorised person. It's difficult especially when u buy Reliance their home brand, there u have no choice than to go there. Be careful before buying their brand as service after sales is extremely poor.

All above things ( Poor quality, poor value, not professionals, are applicable for their service. You will literraly get fustrated while taking follup. Once i visited their service center , i feel this is fraud company even their employee has not manners to discuss with client and not shared contact number of their manager to escalate this matter. Reliance digitle and reliance resQ- VM solutions both not taking responsibility once they sale the product and support clint for ICA till PCA implement. I request all peoples , be carefull from such fraud organisation who never support their clints. I request do not buy any product from reliance digitile to avoid such kind of poor service quality. Be carefull.

Bad service. Don't get spare parts and not bothered about service quality. Products from reliance are good but maintenance and service wise pathetic.
