Just booked my first car with Renault here and had a fantastic experience with sales person- Mangesh. He was very thorough in his explanation, gave just the ride guidance while we test drove the car and prompt service overall. I am quite happy and highly recommend them. As a plus, I got more accessories when booking than what I was promised while inquiring, and thank them very much for the same.

Never ever expect that u will get car on time.. Don't believe the showroom staff. Gave false promises especially Mr Rahul. Name may be nick name. Highly unsatisfactory customer support..They also charge more and initially he will say about offers and finally nothing will be there.. Totally waste of time and money... Can go and buy car with out expecting anything.. Then customer will not feel bad..

Good guest hospitality. They show all features one by one with no hesitation. Good cars and good ambience maintained . Staff is professional. They answered each and every questions I asked. They didn't know few things so they humbly and punctualy said they don't know. Renault has good cars. Some times they don't have model you want to see but after sometime you can see it.

1 month back i booked a car and due to some personal reason I cancelled. I am yet to get the refund back and the staff/management is so inefficient that they cannot refund money till now. Every day a new date. I will probably get the money back someday but thank god that I cancelled the booking. I am thinking how their after sales service will be.. not recommended at all..

Sorry this showroom management don't deserve for 1 Star also, but unfortunate here is no option for me. Triber that was came to my home on 23rd Oct 2020, now today's date 1st Dec 2020. Let me describe issues - 1.Promised by sales that RTO will be close by with in week. Now temporary number also elapsed and still waiting for number... Great deal. 2.This showroom even not verified parts before delivery.. There is no silencer clip and it was hanging continue. 3.Customer relationship totally ZERO. They provide only coconut and flowers for celebration.. There is no celebration KIT. They every time discuss and understand your pain but unfortunately they will not work on ground level. Really I believed on this management is my mistake. It should be a some rules need to change for 4 Wheeler deal. 10% Customer will pay once all job done and make checklist. Really guys don't take 4 Wheeler on this showroom. Now i appreciate and request because already paid and NO RTO done,if showroom management help me to take this Triber return.. Then i will understand they support me from .
