I was here for my Haircolor. Vicky and Priyanka both assisted in giving proper suggestions and helped making right hair color decision. The services provided are absolutely top notch. Polite and Friendly Salon staff. Clean and Hygiene is as per guidelines for Covid19. The Salon is situated inside Orbit Mall, not visible from main road. Stairs and Elevator options hence wheelchair accessible. Do visit!

I don't generally post Google reviews , and it took me 8 months , but here I am: In January 2020, a bright eyed, 25 y/o me who believed,as we all did, that 2020 was going to be "my year", wanted to dip dye my hair purple before going on a student exchange to France. I went here on a friend's recommendation. I'd never been to this place before and getting the wrong purple on my head for 6 months would, for reasons obvious, prove disastrous so I was understandably nervous. However, right from taking a dozen calls from a directionally challenged me to guide me to the salon, to giving me viable options for my hair and skin tone, setting realistic expectations ( purple runs out fastest), doing a fabulous job on application and giving me tips on how to maintain this hair, these guys were really great. I ended up with lovely purple waves that stayed that was for about 2 weeks, then turned light pink eventually ( around 4 weeks ). I liked the whole transition regardless. I had a great experience.

They are highly unprofessional for groom makeup services. I called them atleast 5 times to confirm appointment for my cousin's marriage. They were okay for that and confirmed the appointment as per agreed charges. At the penultimate date when I was super busy with haldi and other rituals they called and demanded advance which is fair. However I was busy and promised them that I will pay them later in that day. I paid them late at night when all the pre marriage functions finished. Even on the wedding day I called and reminded them that they need to reach on time. However after some time they called and started giving lame excuses that I did not pay, and that their gpay mobile was not with them, hence they sent their makeup artist somewhere else. They left me high and dry during the wedding and i had to scramble for makeup artist which I never got on such a short notice of 1 hour. Their representative started making lame excuses and blaming me for not confirming on time. Really pathetic professionalism. They could have atleast called me once before sending the makeup artist somewhere else. I would actually give them negative stars if I had the option to do that.

From a very long time I wanted to color my hair besides I afraid to do the hair color because I heard from lotz of people the post hair coloration problem. I researched a lot of salons n hair studio for best service then I found this salon, it has very nice reviews and feedback so I recently color my hair from this salon & they gave me such a fabulous service they also suggested me the color, haircut & give me completely new look.
