Today morning when I was at the petrol pump, I don't know the name of the guy, but I was very clear to him asking him to fill petrol of Rs 200/- only. I was in a hurry, swiped my card and without collecting the receipt ( which was a mistake), just took the card and left. On reaching my office I checked the transaction sms and it said, there was a transaction of 260/-. When I was very clear about the amount and had checked the meter, which stopped at 200/-...I was looted for Rs. 60/- extra. I am not worried about the Rs 60/- but this must be happening to many, who are in a hurry and do not bother to check the amount entered in the swipe machine and the guy who is doing this is actually robbing the customers.
