Very bad customer service

Just don't bother with this broadband connection. 1) worst customer service I have ever seen. 2) if any problem occur, they won't fix before 10-20 days. 3) irresponsible owner and staff.

Very bad experience and very bad service. Most of the time TV shows "Bad Signal" and answer from support team is same that "Wire is broken" or there is a problem in connector. While leaving the connection they will not give deposits.

Worst customer service..They don't give a damn about customer service.When you call the guy to complain about any faults occurring he will say he is sending guys to fix internet but an hour goes nobody shows up.You call the guy again .His phone is switched off.This the 5th time this is happening.Do not take their connection.This area does not have any other good connection.That is why this guy is doing all the malpractices he can.Last month 20 days there wasn't any internet connection.The guy did not seem to care to come even after daily follow-up and daily he would say "abhi ladke bhej raha hoon" .He is a third class goon.
