I took my thunderbird for servicing and I must say I am pretty much satisfied with their work. Javed bhai took my bike for a test ride and told me exact problems which I was facing. Things that I like: They have pressure pump for effective cleaning They used motul genuine engine oil {2.5 liters container} Original royal Enfield parts are available in shop Greasing and oiling done properly I requested to open all 3 nuts to flush out all dirty oil and they did so without any tantrum They are quick, I went on Sunday morning and luckily no one was there for servicing so all work completed in just 2 hours. Engine sound was smooth after it. It was a good experience. Highly recommended.

Took my thunderbird 350 for servicing as my front shock absorption was leaking, they made a faulty repair and when I get back them asking about the faulty repair they asked me to pay again for there mistake, it doesn't just stop there they asked me to visit in weekdays as they have new customers on "weekend". They are so greedy that they will keep suggesting you that this is not working you should change it (as they want to sell there cheap quality materials in the name of royal Enfield accessories). So basically it's hopeless, and money waste if you ever visit there for your bike servicing. whoever giving 5 stars to that place I wonder if they even have a bike? Rest is your decision.
