Following are the points that has to be improved: 1. Digital platform to submit claims, with no or minimal physical documents 2. Prompt and correct response at the first place 3. Medical checkups with NABL accredited Labs only 4. Regular policy feedbacks from the clients

Very bad service.. can't even pay Small accident cost to our car.. even after logging complain in the customer care at the spot of the accident. Photo is attached.. won't recommend to take Insurance from Royal Sundaram. We are not going to renew too

Office is located on 2nd floor in the complex.. there is no public reserved parking for the complex. You can parked your vehicle on the road, near to krishi bhavan. When I visited their office, I came to know that this office is majorly delivering motor claims.

Very poor service from Royal sundaram , They trying to avoid the claims, they don't want provoid claim to the to the person , they just finding the reasons to reject the claim. sales persons giving fake asuranceses, For my theft car they always trying to reject the claim. I am to much loss of this kind of insurance company. They don't have value of customers, they don't care of customers. no professional talk from company Company giving silly reasons to reject the claim. I will suggest don't By insurance from company. don't trust on Sales persons. they just finding the bukra. best way go to govt. insurance company like New india, LIC.

Health insurance Claim rejected by saying file reached late 21 days after admission and closed. Worst experience. Actual rule is 30 days after discharge of patient. Why so decline of covid patient.

Useless people. Not at all helpful in claim process. Despite of many communication from Hyundai regarding my cars gear box replacement due to heavy damaged in accident they didn’t process the full claim. They charges are extra amount for zero depreciation but at the time of settlement they harassed me. Will never renew our any of the cars policy with them. It’s been 2 month my car is lying with dealer due Royal Sundaram
