My doorbell had stopped functioning. When I called them to send an engineer to repair it, there were constant delays in sending him. I had to call time and again to remind them of my problem. However, when the engineer arrived at last, he was very polite and his service was excellent.

If you have more money and want to waste it please go to these people. Arrogant , rude, illiterate, zero service, and if you call them first they start begging for visiting charges, their Representative will give you the visiting time but will reach you the next day and wasting you whole day. It's not safe housing society but a WASTE HOUSING SOCIETY.
