I bought a cricket bat (KG) for hard tennis ball in this shop, only after 2 weeks the handle came out, but the shop owner was kind enough to get the handle replaced free of cost and im now using the same bat since 4 years and still is in very good condition (i would say better than any branded bat). Since then i made several purchases and he always gave a quality product. Such shop keepers, who do business keeping customer in mind and wisely, should be encouraged !!
