There is no option to give ratings in minus then I would have given that too. The staff here is pathetic and even Engineers too. I suggest you go to other Service centers than this if you really want to save your time and money. They took lot of time than they say. I was waiting for more than 5 hours and 22 days to repair my mobile but I didn't got after that much of time wasting there. They entered J8 model instead of s10 in invoice that means they are not using desired parts for specific mobile which in result your mobile will not work or can be dead in soon. I gave my mobile for charging issue and they break down the mic of mobile due to which I was not able to use my mobile for 22 days. Very poor service. Samsung needs to cancel licenses of such service centers if they really care about their customers. I say they lost their at least 5 premium customers due to this. There are lots of things to add in here...

Excellent service by them . Had a great interaction with staff. They care the customer with safety measures of COVID & also help for our device issue resolve. I had one mobile display issue they resolve that issue in 2 days. I don't have to wait more time & no any cost to pay . They cover in Warranty. Thanks to them
