1 year back, I bought 2 Acs. Sales people are good. But installation quality and service is very poor. Attached photo for ref. They will never recall you for servicing after sale in completed. They do not maintain customer details, if you call them at any point of time. I took continuous follow up couple of times for servicing of my Acs but no satisfied response from service department. I end up with paid online service provider (urban clap) who are much prompt and hassle free.
