During lockdown if your Gas stove becomes unsrviceable, I bet you will have nightmares if you go to this place. Hardly attends to your calls. If he answers, He will not listen to what you said, he will tell you to come down to the Shop. On reaching the place which is 3kms away from my place, he accepted the product for repair then says spare parts are not available with him. How will you as a customer feel, please share. I shared whatever I felt.

Went for a cartridge refill, Poor service, spoiled my cartridge. Better to buy a refill kit from amazon and do it yourself with self help videos in YouTube. I doubt my cartridge was replaced with a faulty one ! BE CAREFUL ..
