Here nurses are devil. It's like their humanity has been dead inside. If u are going to ask them doubts they will just yell at u, they will never talk to u in mannered way. They really don't give any respect to patients. Worst nurses. Worst experience in my life. But doctors are good here.

The hospital is unnecessarily bad mouthed for being unclean and unorganised which is definitely not the case. It is a govt run hospital after all and a govt hospital is as good as the government running it. It has one of the best doctors in pune who dont practice anywhere except here. Some delays and incovinience is expected due to the sheer number of patients who come here everyday. Some world class facilities are available in selected high volume departments here. And of coarse it is a teaching institute but all the pricedures are done under guidance of senior doctors.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness. The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face. The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow).

A very good hospital provided by the city. Ambiance: premises is sprawling and kept in order by the cleaning staff. Parking: is available at a reasonable charge within the hospital premises. Doctors: you will most likely speak to a qualified doctor, but be treated by a student. While they are all quite professional, do not hesitate to clarify any questions you may have, in order to avoid any treatment delay or the appropriate treatment. Nurses: are quite helpful although extremely busy. Facilities: are quite up-to-date! To note: the doctors are busy and have a huge volume of patients to attend to. Be prepared to wait patiently but be persistent. Taking a family member along will be helpful.
