We have done our modular kitchen from Saviesa. The designs and quality of the material is one of the best that I found in the market. Our installation was completed within one week and we didn't had any issues post-installation. I am really happy with the service and quality of work.

For everyone, the kitchen is a very important place. We expect it to be good and dreams to have it beautiful. So you finalize Saviesa kitchen and here you make the mistake and break your dream of the beautiful and perfect kitchen. Very unprofessional service. It took me more than 3months to get the kitchen done from Saviesa and still the work is pending. There is no coordination for delivering the items. We got materials in parts and every time something or other was missing. We had to clean the kitchen again after their visit and had to compromise on our plans as you have to be present when they work. Over the above quality of work very pathetic. In the photos, we can see the work quality and what could you tell them as they take 100% payment before the installation work starts. I thought they are professional and doing work on machines so selected Saviesa but they proved me wrong. I think it would have been better if I had approached a local vendor. One more thing if the service is so bad (worst) at the time of installation then what one can expect after-sales service.

It's mandatory to select at least one star, otherwise it is zero. No proper commitment, very poor product quantity, no proper communication, we have to wait for more than 3 month to complete our kitchen, and few work is still pending, thought commitment was for 25 days. Very un professional behaviour, and even no one cares about the delay. I would suggest not to choose Saviesa for any of the work.

Poor Product Quality, very poor after sales, basic design flaws and sub standard materials. Staff in the Pune branch does not even bother to respond to our messages when there is a problem. They make tall claims while selling.
