Be aware SBI credit card activates auto debit on its own and will start making payments without your approval. Later you end up paying due plus interest on interest. Make sure DO NOT USE SBI CREDIT CARD SERVICES.

Separate credit card releated issues you can solve here, but you have to park your vehicle on road side on your own risk, I think they have to provide the parking slots for customers, bcoz of this slightly disappointed, as we all know that. As we all know that if they want to sell their credit card how sweetly they are talking, and once you have card then you have to handle all your issues,

Very bad service from Sbi cards. I applied for different card and they delivered different card. And nobody is even there to listen the complaint. Customer care numbers are hopeless. No option to raise the complaint. DO NOT GO FOR SBI CREDIT CARD

Very very worst service. Unnecessary my account debited fee. It is very difficult to contact SBI card officials representative.I want to surrendere my card. But there is no option. And unable to contact. Very very worst service.very difficult to connect. Don't use SBI card VSYAJURVEDI

very bad customer service, can not give 0 star rating that's why giving 1. after struggling to talk with customer care for several attempts over couple of days, i got update from customer care about my complaint over email that status of my complaint will be given in 3 months.

Worst service from SBI credit card department. First off all, I cancelled my credit card while confirmation call. Still they dispatch the card. They started charging me before getting card in hand. Now they are charging late fees and penalty charges...

These guys should be ashamed of themselves becuase almost of of their customers are unhappy. You levies charges those are not applicable and you don't pick up the phone. you Frustrates customers with you so called AI software. I want to close my card..so pls call me..This is my registered email..

Given 5 star for their worst service, waiting 2 years for NOC letter, every time fake commitment given by Pune Team, you will get NOC on your mail id withing 7-8 workings, but still not come their 7-8 days in last 2 years. (Visit Pune office many times very poor service).
