Worst experience... I booked a car two days via web portal.All went well and car was booked. suddenly,i get a call from a guy MAYUR saying they can't provide car as there office in in red zone. My question were 1.Since your office is in red zone why the booking are still open on portal. 2.Now,since you have cancelled my booking where is my refund. This guy hung up the phone on my face and since then i am trying to contact them for my refund but there is no answer even not replying mails. So guys do not fall in there trap.These people are not committed unprofessional who will take your money
