Found products to be kinda overhyped and definitely overpriced. Variety in product options is quite large yet didn't have the heart to splurge that much on personal care products, Especially since I discovered a much better more value for money and completely natural, homemade offering nearby that goes by the brand name: Nurture by Loveina. Just Google them n give them a try, you'll be hooked
Happy with the products. Doesnt react to my skin and leaves it happy as claimed by the tags so far. Will keep using it and will recommend it others as well. Kudos to the customer support by Rosy for helping me out everytime.
I placed an order on 19 August 2020 and it was a huge mistake and a waste of my hard earned money. I should have rather believed the poor reviews on Google about this business. It's 1 nov 2020 today and i have received no communication from their side about my refund or the product. After multiple messages on WhatsApp all I got was "Due to huge volume of orders and freight issues something may have got mixed up. Let me fix this for you" which I doubt looking at their service history. Leave the product, business ethics is the minimum one can expect from you.
It is the first time I'm shocked at a brand's response to low rated reviews. I purchased a lavender scrub, which I was not satisfied with aesthetically and left a review about its clumpy consistency and low grade plastic packaging (esp. for a high price). After using it however, I found that the scrub is quite ineffective at exfoliating as particles dissolve almost instantly on applying. But when I went to edit my review, I saw that it was taken down even after verifying my purchase. Upon leaving another review, it was also taken down immediately. How transparent and honest are you as a company if you prevent customers from viewing reviews? Be responsible and responsive about your products, take the criticism and make an effort to make your products better instead of using cheap tricks to gain customers.
I am using Shae's products from last few months and I have had a good experience. Being in the medical profession I am very particular about what I put on my skin but after using Shae, I have a complete faith over it's natural ingredients n excellent results. I would recommend this to everyone who wants a fresh young skin.
