I have flat feet. Used 2 pair of custom insoles before this. Even had a surgery because of my flat feet. Nothing could makey pain go away. The pair of insoles that shapecrunch provided, proved the one thing that came closest. The insoles are amazing to say the least. Alignment is great and the material is soft and flexible enough to let my feet relax. I wish they did something for slippers as well.

I enjoy long run but I have flat feet and it causes pain in calf muscles, going up till abdomen muscles. Doctor had advised me to use insole but ready made insoles were not of much use to me. Finally, got to know about custom made insoles by ShapeCrunch. Ordered insole for my Asics shoes. It has helped me in improving the body mechanics and I find doing long easy now. Last month I did my longest run of 26 kms without any pain. Thanks ShapeCrunch.
