Very bad service, they don't care customer at all, for single peace of document you have to call them 10 times and if they pick call they are in such a hurry that without competing your words they cuts the call. Very bad experience with this showroom. For my bike accessories for which i have paid already for full amount, i didn't get complete accessories after 2 moth. I suggest don't buy any vehicle from this showroom

Worst service. They don't have time to listen ur any problem once u purchased. Compared to other showrooms giving less servicing offers. Don't know how to talk with customers. For the extra warranty of my vehicle I am waiting for last 8 months and the reasons they saying that # staff changed# dealer changed # we given as a free gift so that's depending on us # we have mailed to back office and waiting for reply # bla bla bla

There servicing is pathetic..very rude employee don't know how to talk with customer. Always in hurry to tell you that bike brake liner is gone..so need to replace..if they have to go long way they have fire shelar service center employees and appoint good one...I will not give even 1 star to them

I had bought a fascino six months back for my daughter got the three free services no feedback was asked till furst two serviced on the third service got a call about the service gave a positive feedback Then came to know the real picture that was the worst part vechile in utter most condition no pick up feeling as if driving a punctured vechile petrol consumption on high vechile creating un usual sound petrol gauge dropping even when tank was full and advised service centre but denied about making unusual sound beware of fascino every thing that glitters is not gold
