Awesome service. I had to shift in very odd situation, yet they have done it very smoothly. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Costing depends upon the services but reasonable. Worst service provided, they are completely fraud and very stupidly talking with customer after the payment done. They damaged my lock of bag and opened it and taken all the costly appliances . And put another bag into one bag and charged for 2 bags , and they parceled , No proper amount they mentioned anywhere,and no proper bill they will provide. I never suggest anybody to opt services

I had to shift amidst the pandemic..very scary task since I have elderlies at home. After reviewing many companies, I liked the professionalism shown by Roshan, who’s part of ShiftMe.in team. He gave me a clear quote and promised the date. On the day of actual shifting, the packer and mover team was polite and extremely helpful. They took proper precautions of sanitisation. The whole experience was very swift. Only reason I have deducted one star- whilst the quote was given, it was not mentioned that the cardboard boxes weren’t included in it. I ended up paying for them after I reached destination. But all in all: Good Job team Shiftme.in!

One of my worst experience.. they sent their team with no bubble wrap or paper wrapping material. Then the team had no idea how to pack. They started keeping all glassware together without any bubble wrap and claimed this is how it's always done. When we argued that this would definitely damage all the materials, he replies that yes they will break but this is how its done. We sent them back that instant and then the team sent better people, but after 2 hours!!! Would definitely not recommend them. The team are not professional and aren't trained. A 5 year old could do better.

Not satisfied with there commitment. The tracking ID which they have given is of no use. It's not even working. How will I track my belongings now? Received my bike within the said deadline.. because of some technical issue was not able to track
