Good service at reasonable price
Truly a nice place for accommodation. I salute the valor & sacrifice of the Indian Army, & the services they provide in such holiday accommodative structures. All the facilities here are affordable & of top quality. BUT... It's only for people related with the Indian Army.
This place is near the MG Road, camp area, the place is very nice and convinient for the stay. Adequate amount of greenery is there. For faujees, command hospital and most of the southern command offices are near by. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities.
Good place for staying at Pune rates are very reasonable...only for Army officers and Jawans

It's sainik rest house. Meant for defense personnel. Rooms are limited but getting them on telephone for prebooking is like getting the PM online. If got the response is poor. Rooms are average and not maintained. Had to struggle to get bed sheets and no worry for pillow covers as they were no where avbl. Guys going here need to carry leave certificate and all i cards. Plz carry a photo copy of dependent cards and leave certificate handy as they demand for it. Get it handy bcoz no place nearby for that job. Or else u need to go about 3km to get it done as happened in my case. Don't think u can get a room here easy so have other standby plans for rooms. It has a restaurant inside and they serve delicious food at acceptable price but theri timings are fixed and short. Stay is for 5 days only u need to renew it again... Rooms have common toilet so plan accordingly. Beware of bed bugs. For Pune CH u can get a van running from here but it shuttles limited times. U can prefer auto but they too are rare in this route. So try to leave early for CH. Don't prefer this place if u have someone who need wheel chair access or can't use stairs. Hope it's helpful.
