Pathetic place. Never go to this place. They have no value for your time or you patient. They gave appointment of 9:00 pm and the doctor comes at 10:00 pm. I had to make my 65 years old mother wait for 52 mins. Despite the fact that she has high BP and sugar. They have no sense and no courtesy.

this is our fourth visit to Shraddha Diagnostic. I can say the place is still not up to date with proper furniture and interiors but the quality of sonography and other services are good. both doctor and staff are courteous and informative. cost is definitely less than rest of diagnostic centers near by. we got the report after 10-15 minutes and they do accept credit card and Google pay.overall we had good experience.

One of the best diagnostic center when it comes to sonography. Staff is very co-operative and friendly. Dr. Shraddha Mam is a wonderful, caring doctor who is always friendly and comforting to patients. She goes a bit beyond her radiologist job and tries to explain important findings upfront.

Hi, I am giving standalone for obvious staff outside and they are very good and kind to take care of waiting patients. In terms of Doctor, I had not a good experience with them as 1. She has done quick sonography and send back to patient in 5 minutes. They didn't allow me to ask any additional question as there was one concerns that she puts but they didn't bother. 2. They were suppose to ask us to call Doctor immediately or rather they could have call while during Sonography but they didn't feel it's care taking. 3. When we go to doctor after some day then doctor scwred us as we delayed of 2-3 days to send them results. 4. When we ask Radiologist about clarification why didn't you send back to Doctor immediately they were giving false answer as we never said like that and so on. 5. We had requested them to do same sonography as earlier they quickly send us back and take the complete fees but as humanity they were not ready to do sonography with free cost. 6.doctor was also arrogant while answering my queries. This is one of few centre in Ravet but because of this nature, patients has to go for Chinchwad or any other good centres.
