Me and my family stayed at Shree Naryandham Naturopathy &Ayurvedic Care Center for a week . The Center is located in the beautiful Purander Valley surrounded by hills and mountains, a cool and calm place away from the hustle bustle of the cities, peaceful and tranquil. It was truly a great experience to have spent these days here, undergoing various time tested naturopathy and Ayurvedic treatments given by a team of very good, humble , experienced and polite doctors and their entire team. The treatments and food are prescribed after consultations with the Doctor on the first day of your arrival and then your routine starts from 4:30 am to 10:00pm. Very effective time controlled schedule which keeps you busy throughout the day. A variety of massages like Oil, Powder, Swedish massage along with various treatments like, Colon therapy , LSP (Laghu Shankha Prakshalana ), Virechan, are given , along with suitable food ,which completely detoxifies your body. Each and every member of the staff is very good. The Family Suites are very good, spacious , clean and is highly recommended. The weather is pleasant throughout the year, a bit warm in peak summers , but evenings are pleasant. Coming here once a year as a health and wellness vacation is ideal, to detoxify and tune up one’s body and spend some peaceful moments in this peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of Shree Narayndham Care and the Purander Valley. The Shree Narayan Dham Care centre is overall a good Ayurvedic experience according to one’s health needs. Me and my parents went there for specific treatments for 3 days. I liked the family suite room stay cleanliness and the food canteen hygiene. But I disliked and felt the yoga centre, The morning 5:30am routine The treatment center very unhygienic. The yoga room has mats which are not cleaned after use, it stinks of sweat In the treatment center the rooms are unclean, the beds are not wiped and the treatment nurse are very kind and good but I found them also reusing stuff and not following hygiene. Also, I felt there should be more experienced doctors. The body massages and some treatments like Colonoscopy are really given with care. Would recommend for those people who are really suffering from joint pain, who needs heavy detox and have time of 8-10 days.

The best nature care wellness centre I've ever seen and certainly one of the best in the country. The staff are truly professional and kind, the doctors are true professionals in terms of their diagnosis and precise treatments. The place is a heaven on earth located in a truly serene valley with excellent accommodation and world-class naturopathic food. I very strongly recommend the place to everyone!

Visited here for inquiry and to know more about the types of healing as well as costs. The staff were very humble and kind. Although, an appointment can be taken online, but you can also make a visit directly. They have variety of healing programs and therapy. You need to stay for acquired number of days at the property. You are guided by the doctors and helped by the therapists at your given timetable. They have room stay facility for single big room as well as family (2 bedroom in one room). They informed us about packages which offered treatment, meals and stay inclusive as well as seperately. For male members, it's absolutely fine to join in anytime and stay for days, however, for females, I would recomend, always go with a friend/family or acquaintance, as no female staff stays at night in the accomodation. You don't wanna be isolated alone there? Although, the property seems very safe and secure. The place is located around the greenery and quite peaceful surrounding. On the day of my visit, it was raining, I could see the mountain just behind the property and the clouds making the place stand out more. Best wishes!
