Pathetic service. Dont ever give ur Electronic goods to repair at this place. I wanted to repair my Sony DVD Home theatre, this guys called me directly on my number as i had enquired. They said we give free home service. So i agreed and called them home. 2 guys came my home, checked my home theatre which had a minor problem giving error on display "push power button" . They said there is a major problem we have take ur home theatre to our centre and will inform about repair charges and delivery. I agreed. They gave me 2 to 3 contact numbers. Then i called on those numbers one is not in service and other said i m out of town i dont know anything. So he gave another number. Then after calling on that number repair guy said there is major problem it will take around Rs. 3000 i said its too much for me. They said then will return u. I said ok i will pay u repair it. Everyday i m calling the guy named Yatin Vaidya he is saying will deliver u soon. Till now i havent recvd my home theatre. I m trying to reach those numbers now it says it is switched off. So guys stay away from this kind of services. Worst service i have ever faced and lost my Sony DVD Home Theatre.
